We may suspend or block access where we reasonably suspect breach.
The Site is directed at business and professional users in the United Kingdom and elsewhere. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding access to online content. Nothing on the Site is intended as consumer credit advice or regulated financial promotion.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, downloadable materials and software compilations, is owned by or licensed to SKYNET AI LTD and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Trade marks, including SKYNET AI LTD and related marks, may not be used without permission.
Software product names and manufacturer logos appearing on the Site may be third-party marks used for identification. No affiliation or endorsement is implied beyond authorised distribution relationships where they exist.
3. Information accuracy and no reliance
We endeavour to keep Site information accurate and current, including descriptions on about.html and services.html, but we do not warrant that content is complete, free from errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. Specifications, pricing indications and availability may change without notice and are subject to confirmation in formal quotations.
Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice on which you should rely without independent verification. Technical recommendations for IT infrastructure should be confirmed through our formal engagement process under commercial Terms and Conditions. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
4. User submissions and contact forms
If you submit information through contact forms or email to service@skynetai.it.com, you confirm that you have authority to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing or confidential information belonging to third parties without authorisation.
We may use non-confidential feedback you provide about the Site to improve our services. Please do not send sensitive personal data through unsecured web forms unless necessary. For procurement of enterprise systems, prefer agreed secure channels after engagement.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability for website use
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of any kind relating to the Site, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of website content.
Subject to the mandatory provisions below, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, including where applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site in any twelve-month period shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Commercial transactions are subject to separate liability terms in terms-and-conditions.html.

7. Suspension, changes and termination of site access
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site without notice. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where acceptance must be express by law.
We may restrict access to users who breach these Terms or pose a security risk. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination of your right to use the Site.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer venue rights that cannot be waived.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.

10. Account credentials and security of access
If we provide portal credentials, quotation tools or document downloads through the Site, you must keep usernames and passwords confidential and notify us promptly at service@skynetai.it.com if you suspect unauthorised use. SKYNET AI LTD is not responsible for third-party availability, data practices or contractual terms except where we expressly agree in a written supply contract under terms-and-conditions.html.
Deep links into third-party tools are provided for convenience in B2B procurement workflows and do not expand our website liability cap stated above. Always verify you are on the intended domain before entering credentials or payment details.
12. Export controls, sanctions and prohibited uses of the Site
You must not use the Site to seek goods, software or technical assistance in breach of United Kingdom export control or sanctions laws. Content describing enterprise hardware, encryption-capable products or dual-use items is informational only and subject to licence conditions at the point of sale under our commercial Terms and Conditions.
